In bottom of buttered casserole, arrange peppers cut into pieces about 2 inches square. Cut cheese into long fingers and arrange in an even layer over peppers. Beat eggs slightly in milk, flour, and salt. Pour over cheese. Bake at 350°F about 45 to 50 minutes or until custard is set.
