Baked Pork Chops


Brown pork chops on both sides. Put tomato sauce and water in large baking dish. Add brown sugar. Place chops in sauce. Arrange onions and pepper over chops. Season. Cover with foil and bake 1½ to 2 hours at 350°F. (Drain sauce. Add pkg. Lowry Spaghetti Sauce Mix and 1 lb. ground round, browned, to make delicious spaghetti sauce for next day.)
