Baked Seafood Salad
- 1 cup shrimp (cooked)
- 1 cup crab meat (cooked)
- ½-¾ cup green pepper (chopped)
- 1/4 cup onion (minced)
- 1 cup celery (thinly sliced)
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Worchestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
If large, cut shrimp in half lengthwise. Flake crab meat. Combine and add next seven ingredients to seafood. Spread into baking pan. Toss crumbs with melted butter and spread over mixture. Bake in 350°F oven for 30 miinutes. Serves 6.
