More Balboa PTA Recipes From the '60s
Banana and Peanut Salad
- 1 egg (well beaten)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 lemon juice
- Light cream
- Pinch of salt
- 6 bananas (sliced)
- 1/2 lb. peanuts (crushed)
Combine egg, sugar, lemon juice and salt. Cook. Stir constantly. Cool and thin with light cream. When ready to serve add bananas and peanuts. Serve on lettuce cup.
