Beef Stroganoff
- 1-1/2 lb. sliced round steak (cut into thin strips)
- Flour, salt, pepper, butter or oleo
- 1 can sliced mushrooms (drained)
- 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
- 1 small garlic (minced)
- 3 cups cooked noodles
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can beef broth
Dust meat with flour. Add salt, pepper and brown in butter. Add mushrooms, onion and garlic. Brown slightly. Stir in beef broth. Cover. Cook about 1 hour stirring occasionally. Gradually stir in sour cream. Cook over low heat 5 minutes. Serve over noodles.
