Chicken Orange


Arrange chicken breasts skin side up in shallow open roasting pan topping each with orange slice. Make sauce from juice, rind, sugar, butter, mustard and allspice. Pour 1/2 sauce over chicken. Baste with [remaining] 1/2 sauce. Bake at 375F for 1 hour. Serves 6.
