More Balboa PTA Recipes From the '60s
Corn Relish
- 1/3 cup green peppers (chopped)
- 1/2 cup celery (chopped)
- 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. pimiento (chopped)
- 1½ cups canned whole kernal corn
- 1/3 cup salad oil
- 1½ tsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Beat together salad oil, vinegar, salt and dry mustard. Add 1/4 tsp. pepper. Add oil mixture to chopped ingredients. Toss. Store in glass jar until used.
