Put sugar and butter into saucepan. Cook slowly, stirring to dissolve. Cook to 310°F, stirring frequently. Add 1/2 cup nuts and pour into buttered pan. It will harden quickly, before too hard, turn onto waxed paper over a cookie sheet. When cold, spread 1/2 melted Dot Chocolate on one side and sprinkle with fine chopped nuts. Let set. Do same to other side. When hard break with sharp pointed knife.
