Mix together flour and salt. Combine eggs and milk. Gradually stir eggs and milk into flour and beat with rotary beater until smooth. Heat beef drippings in a shallow pan. When hot pour in batter. Bake 25 to 30 minutes in 400°F oven. Serve with roast beef and gravy.
