Hamburger-Rice
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 cup Minute Rice
- 1 can beef consume [probably consomme, or broth]
- 4 or 5 carrots (or more)
- Onion (if desired)
- Green pepper (if desired)
Crumble hamburger in electric fry pan. Fry until brown. Add rice and stir. Add consume [broth], onion and pepper to taste. Slice carrots into hamburger mixture. Cover and cook slowly (300°F) for 30 minutes. Add water if necessary.
