Hamburger Stroganoff


Cook meat, onions, and garlic until onions are tender and meat browns. Break meat up. Add flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes. Add gravy. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in cream, sauce, and catsup. Serve hot over mashed potatoes, noodles or rice. Sprinkle with parsley. Makes 4 servings.
