Ham Loaf
- 1½ lb. ham
- 1 lb. pork
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. mustard
- ½ cup vinegar
- ½ cup water
- Pepper to taste
Grind ham and pork and mix with bread crumbs, milk, eggs, and pepper. Form into loaf. Make sugar, mustard, vinegar and water into sauce. Bake in 350°F oven for 2 hours. Baste often with sauce.
