Meat-Ball Skillet Dinner
- 1 7-oz. pkg. spaghetti
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. fat
- 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
- 1 garlic (minced)
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1½ Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of tomato soup
- 1 Tbsp. Worchestershire Sauce
- 6-8 drops Tobasco Sauce
- 1/2 Tsp. salt
- dash pepper
Cook spaghetti until tender, drain. Form beef into 1-inch balls, roll in flour. Brown in fat. Add onion, garlic, and cook until golden. Combine milk and vinegar, mix with spaghetti, soups and seasonings. Pour over meat balls. Cover and simmer about 1 hour over low heat. Stir occasionally. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
