More Balboa PTA Recipes From the '60s
Meat Pie
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. oregano
- Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1 cup mushrooms (optional)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
Mix meat, milk, bread crumbs, salt and pat into 9-inch pie tin. Spread on top in order given oregano, catsup, mushrooms, cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 450°F.
