Rice and Vermicelli Pilaf
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup Vermicelli (thin coil noddle -- break up)
- 1 cup Uncle Ben's Rice
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 cans chicken consume [probably consomme, or broth]
Brown Vermicelli, rice and onion in butter. Add chicken consume [broth]. Bring to boil. Then simmer 1/2 hour.
