Rub meat with salt, pepper and put in heavy kettle with tight cover. Combine butter, mustard, chili sauce, catsup, peanuts, Worchestershire Sauce and chili powder. Pour over meat. Arrange onion and lemon slices on top. Bake uncovered 30 minutes in 450°F oven. Pour tomato juice around meat, reduce heat to 350°F. Cover and cook 40 minutes longer.
