Salmon Casserole
- 1 lb. can salmon (Libby's Sockeye)
- 1 can celery soup
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup pimiento
- 1-1/2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 2 cups macaroni (med. size)
Cook macaroni. Bone the salmon and flake it. Pour soup, milk, pimiento and cheese into salmon. Mix together. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake in 350°F oven for 1/2 hour.
