Stuffed Pork Chops
- 6 double pork chops
- 2 cups dry bread cubes
- 1½ Tbsp. onion (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup apple (chopped)
- Hot water to moisten
Have pocket cut in pork chops from side next to bone. Fill pockets with dressing and bake uncovered in mod. oven (350°F). Make dressing from remaining ingredients. Bake for 1 hour.
