More Balboa PTA Recipes From the '60s
Tuna Casserole
- 1 box Tenderoni (uncooked)
- 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
- 1/4 cup green pepper (chopped)
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1-1/4 cups milk
- 1/4 can pimiento
- 1 can tuna
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup bread or cracker crumbs (buttered)
Brown onion and pepper. Thicken milk and flour. Combine all ingredients in greased casserole. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake 350°F oven for 30 minutes.
