7-Bone Roast

This is an easy and delicious main course for any special occasion; just add a salad and hot crusty bread.  You can also cook it in the crock pot.  Original source:  Jen's friend, Julie.

Place roast in large pan; season with salt and pepper. Add water and wine, sprinkle with soup. Cover with foil. Cook 1 hour at 325F.

Turn, season and cover again. Cook another 1-1/2 hours.

Add vegies and garlic. Return cover and cook 1 more hour.

Total cooking time:  About 3-1/2 to 4 hours.
