Angel Food Cake and Ice Cream

Another great dessert from Jen's mom. This is very refreshing, easy, and any combination of flavors can be used.

Line the bowl with plastic wrap (e.g. Saran Wrap).

Put some pieces of cake in the bottom of the bowl. Spoon some softened ice cream on top of the cake pieces. Spoon nuts or other toppings on top, if desired.

Continue making layers until bowl is full to the top (even with the edges of the bowl). Cover tightly with plastic and freeze several hours until set.

Turn out onto large platter or plate. Remove plastic. Let sit a few minutes to slightly soften. Cut into wedges and serve.
