Baked Brie

Those who love baked brie love this recipe.  Our niece always asks if this will be served when she comes to our house.

Remove rind from top of brie and place on oven-proof dish. Cover entire top of brie with apricot jam. Spinkle nuts on top.

Bake uncovered at 325F for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve with nice crackers.

Serving suggestion: Last Christmas Eve (2001), I made this by cutting off the rind on the sides and top, then placed the cheese in a clear glass pie plate. When the cheese melted, it filled the plate and was very attractive with the apricot marmalade on top.
