Barbequed Salmon Fillets
This recipe is hand-written on a piece of old yellowed paper. It is probably from Grandma Shirley, or possibly her mother "Ma Virg".
- 3 to 4 lbs. salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup rose' or dry white wine
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- Parsley and lemon wedges
Put salmon on heavy duty foil. Baste with remaining ingredients. Place foil on grill.
Cover grill and cook slowly for about 30 minutes.
