Chex Mix

This is the true original Chex Mix that I had in the 60's.  I like to make this at Christmas time and give it as gifts in small food storage containers.

Preheat oven to 250F.

Melt butter in 15x10x2 pan (watch carefully, don't let it burn!). Remove from oven; stir in seasoned salt and Worchestershire Sauce. Gradually add cereal and nuts, stirring until evenly coated. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 10 minutes. Makes 9 cups.

Variation: Can use 8 cups any cereal; I sometimes use 6 cups Chex cereal and 2 cups Cheerios, plus a handful or so of pretzel sticks.
