An old stand-by in Jen's mom's kitchen. Also known as Chicken Ole'.
Cook and de-bone chicken, cube. Tear tortillas in about 1" pieces. Mix together soups, milk, salsa and onion.
Layer tortillas and chicken, and pour over some of the soup mixture. Repeat. Cover with layer of tortillas and balance of soup.
Refrigerate at least 12 hours. Bake at 325F for 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
Cover with cheese and return to oven for cheese to melt.
Let stand about 5-10 mintues before cutting to serve.
Serves 8 for dinner and 12 for lunch.
