In our family, also called Cortez' Favorite Pasta. This recipe was given to us by family members as a wedding gift, along with a large pasta serving bowl. Very easy and very good!
Combine above ingredients in large serving bowl.
Cook your favorite pasta (bow tie, shells, whatever) according to directions. Toss with vegie mixture and serve while hot.
