This recipe was included in the prepared version of the recipe which we bought at some sort of bake sale sometime in the '80s. Submitted by Jim Pratt.
Cook and drain spinach. Cut all artichokes into small pieces and line bottom of 9x13-inch Pyrex dish. Mix cream cheese, butter, milk and dip mix together. Add 1/2 cream cheese mixture to cooked spinach and pour over artichokes. Put the rest of the mixture on top of spinach and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes.
