Baked Turkey Breast

Jim wrote this recipe on a tiny piece of paper, adding "This is enough for half turkey breast".

Mix these together and use about a third on inside of breast. Bake uncovered skin side down at 300°F for about 45 minutes. Turn over, coat with another third of butter mix. Continue baking uncovered at 300°F until thermometer says 170° to 175°. (Allow 35 to 40 minutes per pound). Juices should run clear when meat is pierced in center. Let stand, lightly covered with foil, for about 10-15 minutes before slicing.
