Someone wrote this recipe on an index card in what looks like the handwriting of Ma Virg, and called it simply "Casserole".
Cook meat until brown and crumbly. Put all ingredients into 1-1/2 or 2 qt. casserole. Cover witih crushed potato chips. Bake 30 minutes at 370°F.
