Chili Beer Chicken

This recipe is on the back of the label from a package of Zacky Farms chicken breasts.

In shallow dish, mix flour, salt and pepper. Add chicken, one piece at a time, dredging to coat. In frypan, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken and one of the sliced onions; cook, turning, until chicken is brown on all sides. Place chicken and cooked onion in large baking pan. In bowl, mix beer and chili sauce; pour over chicken. Place remaining sliced onion on top of chicken. Bake, uncovered at 325°F for 45 minutes or until fork tender. Serves 6.
