Someone in Jim's family typed this recipe on an index card.
In large skillet, saute beef and green onion over medium heat, stirring until meat loses its red color. When meat is brown, stir in taco seasoning, water and tomato sauce. Allow to simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook macaroni from dinner package in 6 cups boiling water with 2 tsp. salt. Boil about 10 minutes or until just tender. Drain macaroni; add to meat mixture in skillet along with the powdered cheese from the dinner package. Mix well. Makes 6 servings.
