Someone in Jim's family typed this recipe on an index card.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease 12 medium muffin cups. In small bowl combine egg, milk, salad oil, and Chex crumbs. Let stand 5 minutes. Sift flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and sugar into mixing bowl. Stir in raisins. Add cereal mixture all at once to dry ingredients. Stir only until dry ingredients are moistened. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake about 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 12 medium muffins.
