Scalloped Corn

Another handwritten recipe on an old yellowed card in my mom's recipe box.

• 1-1/2 cups corn
• 1 cup tomatoes
• 1 onion, chopped
• Bacon
• Few grains of salt
• Dash of pepper

Cook the bacon and let it drain. Brown onion. Combine all ingredients and place in casserole. Cook in oven, 350°F - 400°F for 25-30 minutes.
