Ten Minute Chili

Another recipe typed on an old index card by someone in Jim's family. This one is covered with stains (suggesting it was used many times). The source is unknown. As I write this, Jim says "This is a ready gooood chili recipe, easy, really tasty, the kids really liked it too".

Brown beef in a Dutch oven. Pour off fat. Stir in onion, tomato sauce, undrained beans and chili powder. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes. Serve with rice, if desired. Makes approximately 4 servings.
