Vegetable Beef Soup

This recipe was included in the prepared version of the recipe which we bought at some sort of bake sale sometime in the '80s. Original title is "Debbie's Vegetable Beef Soup".

Soup bone
2 packages stew meat
8 cups water
2 beef boullion cubes
1/3 bunch sliced celery
1 chopped onion
1/2 medium head shredded cabbage
1 large can whole tomatoes
2 cubed potatoes
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
2 diced carrots
1 package frozen lima beans
1 package frozen corn
2 sliced zucchini
Parsley

Brown meat in oil, add soup bone, water, boullion cube, celery, onion and tomatoes. Simmer 1-1/2 hours. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until tender. Serves 2 to 3.
