Waffles

Someone wrote this recipe on an index card, but did not include the instructions.

1 cup buttermilk
2 eggs, break in buttermilk
1/2 tsp. soda
1 scant cup flour
2 Tbsp. cornmeal
1/4 cup salad oil

No instructions were included.
