Newly planted, Salvia elegans (center) is just 6 inches tall and 9 inches wide. The other plants include Heuchera 'Lillian's Pink (upper left) and Impatiens walleriana (center bottom); both were planted at the same time as the Salvia. On the far right is a cutting of Pelargonium tomentosum (Peppermint Scented Geranium).
